New Festival Screenings!

I know this blog is supposed to be about matters besides Infinite Space, but blogging about my gradual re-entry of old scores into Sibelius wouldn’t be all that interesting, right?

So at least I have this good news to post. Infinite Space has been accepted to more festivals! In addition to its Palm Springs premiere, and the Glasgow festival sometime in March, we have the following (exact dates/times to be announced):

Betty Freeman dies at 87; art philanthropist and photographer - Los Angeles Times.

“Composers,” she said some years ago, “are the most important people, infinitely more important to me than any politician. What matters are the seeds you plant for the future.”

Truly an amazing, generous benefactor, unfortunately is no longer with us.  (But the fruits of her generosity live on…)

Maybe “The Secret” isn’t so silly after all
